What kind of dessert should I do for my birthday? I have a bar of Scharffen Berger 99% of cocoa without sugar?
I would like to take this opportunity to do something special. I do not think I want to make a fondue for the 2 of us would never end all this chocolate and goodwill on all in vain. I'm looking for ideas .. perhaps a soufflé pudding creme brulee? Not sure! What is the most delicious chocolate dessert you've done? I have a great dessert wine, next to do. Thanks in advance!
Chocolate Amaretto Marquise. This cake does not require cooking, be cooled overnight in the refrigerator. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon sunflower oil 7.8 amaretti biscuits, finely crushed 1 / 4 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped 1 pound of bitter or unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped 5 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur syrup 5 tablespoons cream 2 cups Corn cocoa powder For the Amaretto cream: 1-1/2 cups whipping cream 2-3 tablespoons amaretto liqueur PREPARATION: Lightly grease a 9-inch heart. Line bottom with parchment paper and oil paper. 1. In a small bowl, mix the Amaretti cookie crumbs and almonds. Sprinkle in the bottom of the pan. 2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, amaretto and corn syrup. Cook, stirring often until the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. 3. Remove from heat and let cool about 8 minutes. 4. While the mixture cools, pour the cream in a chilled bowl and beat until it begins to take shape. Mix one tablespoon chocolate mixture on to clarify it. Quickly add the remaining cream into the chocolate and gently times in 5. Pour into prepared pan, and more cookies and almonds. Smooth the top with an offset spatula. 6. Pan Cover plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight in the refrigerator. 7. To unmold the Marchioness, pass a thin knife in hot water high and dry thoroughly. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen and invert onto a plate. Carefully remove the paper. 8. Amaretto Whip the cream until stiff. To serve: Dust the surface of the cake with cocoa powder.
