Elizabeth's Nutritional Consultation Approach:   By meeting you within your present frame of dietary and nutritional awareness with the assistance of various assessment tools, I assess your needs and formulate your personalized wellness protocol.  This allows you to take the next important step towards enhancing your quality of life.  I am gaining experience with a myriad of health challenges that people present with.  I  explore and apply differing nutritional protocols for overcoming some of the simplest to even the most difficult challenges, and thereby assist people with finding practical solutions.  I have an expertise in raw food nutrition, but I believe in bio-individuality, and do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.  We are all individuals with similar biology but we possess different personalities, differing biological dominances, weaknesses, heritages, gene pools and different experiences and sets of conditions.  With these differences in mind, no two of us will find balance with the same identical nutritional protocol.  I offer several unique consultations that provide suggestions, tools and plans that use a whole foods and/or bio-available supplements approach!  

Student Consultation Special: $45.00 Experience an hour plus consultation in which you receive thorough attention to your nutritional needs based on your current status and concerns.  Elizabeth evaluates your diet journal and answers to the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).  You gain insight into your functional status and an appropriate dietary approach for you, including supplementation, if appropriate. 

Comprehensive Nutritional Consultation:  $65.00 - Experience a customized session complete with an interview, review of your diet journal, review of your metabolic type and your wellness goals.  During the consultation,  functional evaluation techniques may also be utilized to determine your nutritional uniquenesses and to launch you on a practical and logical health plan that allows you to make the changes you desire.  You leave with more education and a focused and practical plan that you are willing and able to implement.  

Second Comprehensive Nutritional Consultation:  $55.00 - Receive further analysis during your second visit through a full functional evaluation (an assessment including the use of key reflex points to assess your health status relative to your nutritional needs), complete analysis of your survey responses from the NAQ and an assessment of your present dietary plan, and when appropriate testing for nutritional supplementation.  This is your chance to learn your nutritional strengths and weaknesses including potential deficiencies of certain nutrients via scientifically recognized testing methods and survey analysis.  This consultation thoroughly informs you of your nutritional status and needs, and provides practical solutions you are able and willing to implement into your life.  You have the chance to redesign your nutritional regimen with the help of your practitioner. 

Creative Follow-up Appointments: $55.00  . . . Obtain reassessment information and creative support using any and all evaluation tools necessary and other appropriate support (i.e., culinary demo, healthy shopping, therapy for cravings etc.)! 

Bio-available supplementation may be suggested and will be provided for sale.  Your concerns and goals are taken into full consideration during the assessment processes and a working plan is set.  You understand the findings from your assessment and leave with a clear understanding of your recommended protocol.  (Reflex point testing, energetic testing and/or neurolinguistic testing are utilized during the evaluation processes) 

Standard Wellness Review and Report:  $50.00 . . .  If your primary aim is to determine your current functional health status and obtain some insight about nutritional corrective measures tailored to your unique profile without a personal interview, this consultation may be for you.  After you submit your responses to the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) they will be analyzed and a report of findings will be generated and mailed to you.  This report includes areas of nutritional uniquenesses and some nutritional tips to address these points.  The emphasis of this report is on the findings from the NAQ (including potential deficiencies etc.).  You will receive a copy of this report and a minimum twenty minute phone consultation reviewing this report. 

Laboratory Analysis Consultation Service (Prices Vary):  If your survey responses analyzed prior to your first or second consultation indicate that you are a prime candidate for blood chemistry analysis; you may choose to obtain a general wellness blood chemistry profile at a sale price or a more specific profile providing valuable information about your physical well-being.  The analysis of these reports is examined within a functional range (i.e., broader than a pathology range), and is designed to detect patterns indicating the appropriate nutritional therapy for your unique profile. 

Super Tri Consultation & Coaching  Package:  $180.00 . . .  If you are committed to working on your health and would like to pay in advance for a comprehensive intake complete with metabolic profiling, some nutritional tips and some field testing and a follow-up session consisting of a review of your current protocol/regimen and creative support, this package is for you (i.e., the "Comprehensive Nutritional Consultation," ^{(described above)} .   Your third tailored coaching session includes a re-evaluation of your current protocol, an assessment of the goals you have reached and those you have not yet attained, valuable recipes, meal planning, and whichever other creative approach will launch you further toward meeting your health goals (food demo, healthy shopping etc.).
