What kind of seasoning used in raw foods?

Be Extra Virgin Olive Oil is well .. but what about Plain mustard and sea salt? Is this right. Because I like my cucumbers with a little mustard and my tomatoes with a little salt … :)

Some Coley hi my friends are Foodista materials (Piers & Sheryl of www.raw-pleasure.com). I know that at first went into the rough sea salt and has questioned the use of salt at all. After a Spuds while stopped using salt and found that their tastes gradually changed and now no shortage of salt. (They gave me their very delicious Redmond Real Salt is a pure natural salt with trace elements.) If you are currently mustard cooked, then perhaps you might think is more important than being 100% raw or 99% (or less) if this means that enjoy your food more and feel good. Or you can experiment with both to see how he feels and then decide what you prefer. Personally, I think it's a great opportunity be creative and have the best of both worlds! You can create your own mustard RAW. Here is a classic (gross) non-prescription, I think you can use or adapt to inspire Creating your own RAW. Buy some mustard seeds, mustard powder ground. Most people prefer whole seeds, which come in "white" (yellow), varieties of brown and black. Check the wigwams for a good price. Grind mustard seeds, if not already on the ground. You can use a mortar, if you have one, or a dissection of the coffee mill or a mixer. The noise of the wheel will change when the mustard reaches a smooth floor. [Clean the device grind well when finished.] Pour the mustard into a bowl and mix with the liquid until the consistency of ketchup. For a quick, hot mustard that is used any immediately, the use of water, but the use of wine, beer or mead juice, grape vinegar. Feel free to combine liquids. Add desired sweeteners, such as honey, sugar (or artificial sweeteners), ground dates or raisins, etc. to taste. Add the ground spices. To make it sweet, cinnamon, anise or treat to make it hot, try ginger, cloves, black pepper and one. Taste and adjust seasoning. Mix well, cover and leave on the counter until the fever is lost its desired strength. [This is part of traditional cuisine ...] Heat and bitterness will reach a peak in 5-15 minutes, then water-based mustards should be served. For other types mustards, wait between 2 hours and one day for the flavors to blend. Adjust the consistency if necessary with the juice, vinegar or other liquids; mustard thickens with time.
