Food dehydrators worth the trouble?
I buy organic nuts by mail, but is expensive or buy a dehydrator to do it myself. I like dried fruit for breakfast and the kitchen. I live in Melbourne, Australia.
We have a small dehydrator and use it to make jerky. It's great because you know what is, but the controls on the shelf and who knows what additives are all there. If you have access to fresh produce, just picked up "the fruit and then go ahead. Remember to be as good As a result, if you need the best in freshness.
